Greetings, gremlins! It's officially May! Time for all the mermaids (and pirate content?) your little heart desires to consume! I might have some of my own pirate content planned, so brace yourselves for that, but in the meantime, let's get to our weekly card pull.

This week's card is Coral's Wisdom. Before we move on to the meaning of this one, though, can we just take a second to appreciate the art of this card? It's easily one of the most stunning cards in this deck, at least for me.

You might be feeling a little fragile this week and may very well feel as though you might break.

Now, there could be a variety of reasons for that. Maybe, much like the coral itself, people keep taking and taking from you which upsets the delicate balance that is your life. Maybe stressors keep piling on and on until you finally hit what you feel is essentially the straw that broke the camel's back.

This card, however, doesn't call upon us to examine why you might feel that way, although knowing that is important. Knowing what's going on in your life and contributing to your own personal stress is a form of self-care that we all need to indulge in.

This card is a reminder that much like all things, getting yourself back to a place where you feel better isn't an immediate process. Healing is something that happens over a long period of time and can look like different things to different people. Sometimes, you're capable of steadily climbing that ladder back to the top. Other times, you might stumble and fall before resuming your climb.

The point is that you will get there eventually. It might not be easy, but you will get there. Please do not forget that this week.

This also goes for any projects you might be working on this week. You might not be able to finish it right away, but you can get closer to the final product! You ARE making progress! And that's honestly amazing. <3
