Weekly Divination: What to Keep in Mind This Week (05 June 2022)

Before we get into the card for this week, I would just like to say that I'm actually kind of impressed with myself. Back when I started pulling these cards in January, I didn't expect to keep doing this for as long as I have been, but I've been surprisingly good about getting these up and available for you all.

Anyway, it's June, so you know that means we're due for a new deck to show off. This month, my Mystic Dreamer Tarot insisted it had to be the one to tell you all things. I'm not even joking about that. When I go to select the deck for each month, I break out a pendulum to help me decide which deck would like to be utilized, and the affirmative pendulum swing was surprisingly wide and fast (which always indicates a very loud YES to me).

The Mystic Dreamer Tarot is probably the most traditional tarot deck I own and the closest to the Rider-Waite style that I think most people are familiar with. Rider-Waite-style decks and I don't tend to get along particularly well, so I don't use this deck all that often, but when I do, it absolutely has important messages to convey.

This week, we've got the Knight of Wands, and... y'all, do you have new things set to begin this month? Because he's telling me that you do. Maybe it's a passion project. Maybe it's just something you're really excited about.

Either way, the energy is there, and it's BIG and PASSIONATE. Go after whatever it is with all of that this week because he's telling me you've got more than enough to spare.

However, be sure what you're working on actually serves the larger goal you're working towards. Sometimes, we can get so bogged down in the act of doing something that we don't consider whether or not that thing we're working on is actually useful to us or our larger goal. So before you go rushing off, take a minute to check in with yourself and make sure that this thing will be useful to you in the long run.

But keep that enthusiasm, though! That's going to get you through a lot this week. :)

If you enjoyed this post and are perhaps interested in acquiring a reading of your very own, I do keep tarot commissions open over on my Ko-fi.

I also have a shop full of all of the commission readings you can find up there, plus a couple of extras I won't be sharing anywhere else. You can find it over here.
